"Mary, Did You Know?" is an easy choice for me - a modern classic! There have been many covers (and some of them are also fantastic), but no one will ever do better than the guy who wrote the song - Mark Lowry. And the harmony by Guy Penrod and David Phelps gives me goosebumps!

Honourable mention 1 - "O Holy Night" by David Phelps. This is easily my favourite Christmas hymn, and no one can sing it like Phelps!
Honourable mention 2 - "Hallelujah" (Christmas version) by Triumphant Quartet. Obviously Pentatonix' version is amazing (they have such incredible harmony), but I like the lyrics of this version since it's actually about Christmas.
I'll include links for these songs in the comments if anyone wants to hear them.

For full albums, I'd have to choose either Casting Crowns' "Peace on Earth" or Selah's "Rose of Bethlehem".

Give this one a listen, great cover and lyric change for Hallelujah.

I've heard it before; it is a great cover. The lyrics are the same (or at least pretty similar) to the version I posted. But I definitely prefer the harmonies in the Triumphant Quartet version.
