So I played a lot of hard bosses as a kid and young adulthood but my memory is not the best sometimes so I am going with what first came to mind; and yes of course its from Elden Ring.

With Elden Ring being my first "soulsbourne" game I had no idea what I was in for. After 10 hours of grinding trying to get past simple (compared to the rest of the game later on) Limgrave enemies I finally get to my first boss, Margit The Fell Omen. Then came 10 more hours of pain and death. I literally thought I may never beat this guy and I should just quit. His movements are some of the hardest to time dodges for. Even though there are harder bosses in the game, trying to beat Margit for the first time was definitely very frustrating.

100% agree with this. Margit is definitely the "learn how to play this game correctly before moving forward" boss
