Boo Men is so much more than a seemingly Phasmo clone. In this game, you play on a team of 1-4 burglars who are looking for items on a list to lift. While you hunt for the items, Y O U are hunted by 1 of 5 ghost types. The ghosts chase you around the map, BUT! They can't hurt you in the light. However, you have a power meter, and every light you turn on affects the power meter. Once it's maxed out, you risk a Power Outage, meaning you now need to get to the breaker box immediately, without dying.

The game features a unique way to revive teammates - using "voodoo dolls" that are hidden on the map. Maps range from small to large. There are small spooks around the map that happen while you search furniture, and it also features a store where you can purchase maps, cosmetics, and power up perks for your character using your rewards from successful thefts (either payment or dollars found around the map)

Boo Men also has a new 1v4 mode, where one player can play as the monster! This game gets a lot of praise from me because the developers are taking a typically serious medium and giving it a humorous spin, consistently updating, and coming up with new features.

Boo Men is in early access (some controls are still a bit janky) but I have high hopes for this high energy, tension building, laugh producing game!
