Channel 3 is gamified. Most things you do here earn XP, which you can use to unlock cool stuff.
I promise, I'll choose some less serious stuff sometimes πŸ˜‚ I just freaking love Ender's Game, and I don't have anything I'm reading at the moment that's inherently quotable, so had to pull this gem out.

Oh, and if you *haven't* read Ender's Game, highly recommend. I haven't read the books after the first, but the first one stands alone as amazing (this is one of those where you definitely cannot just watch the movie and get the full impact of what the book intended, throw that garbage out, lol).

If you keep reading, go with the shadow series, Enders Shadow and all that follows. It tells the story of Bean. The main series is fantastic, but it’s nothing like Enders Game.

Oh it splits off different directions? Good to know. I've been on the fence for soooooo long about continuing because I've always read mixed reviews about the sequels, and I love the first so much that I don't want to mar that, haha

Read Enders Shadow. It takes place over the same time period as Enders Game but from a different perspective. Then you can follow from there.

This one might also be coming up on time for a reread. I think the last time I read it was pre-kids, and it might have even been pre-military service. Probably a very different perspective coming into it now 😳

Working at a bookstore and being able to borrow books was the best thing for me. Was easier to get out of my comfort zone at a price point of free. Absolutely loved this book and I wouldn't have read it otherwise.

I don't remember what prompted me to check it out way back when, but I'm so glad I did
