This really depends on the game & what's happening. I mostly am a learner, but sometimes I do stand up to get serious. But 80% of the time I lean in games or in some situations

I'm a Fortnite guy and when the situation gets serious, I have to lean forward to increase my accuracy by at least 10-15%.
