Quests are challenges you can do on your own, any time you want. Some are simple questions, others are things you need to do in game, such as time trials.
My next three games to play are all RPGs or similar games (Hogwarts Legacy, Mario RPG, and Sea of Stars). Long format games, that I will likely try to 100%. I need pallet cleansers. Ori and the Blind Forest was a great game, very short, very well paced, with a solid story. Gris was similar, very short, good story, but memorable.

What can the Cr3w recommend that falls into the category that I'm looking at?

End of the Blue Waves
Shovel Knight is a great platformer that takes maybe 8 hours to beat.

Here since Season 2
I'm adding it to the list.

That's just the base game though. It also had a campaign for Plague Knight, Spector Knight, and King Knight. All of which play VERY differently, and have different stories. Same locations but different stories.

Octodad Dadliest Catch is a short format game that wears its humor on its sleeve.

I haven't played a good, funny game that I enjoyed since Conker on the Genesis. I'm adding Octodad to the list.

Ori Will of the Wisps is _slightly_ longer than the first, but not much, and probably obvious that you should play it. But just to state the obvious, here we are.

I should have mentioned that I played that one too. It was a bit longer, not a lot, but it also felt different than Blind Forest. With all the characters sending you off on side quests and the time challenges, it felt...bigger? I loved them both, but Blind Forest felt very focused, I dug that.

About how long for each one?

Friends. Family. Pizza. Forever!
100% blind? 8-12 hours maybe? It's so hard for me to say because I've done them both so many times. Your ability to do action platforming will impact this time probably.

The second one took me about 3 times as long as the first. But 12 ish hours was about right for the 1st one.

That could track, there's so many side quests there. I think main game isn't too much longer.

I fired up the first Ori last week. I'll see how that goes but I'm closing on on hogwarts 100%.
