This is a horror adventure game in which players assume the role of a crash survivor (Tasi Trianon) searching for her husband and crewmates while trying to regain her memories. From a first-person perspective, players explore a desert and the ruins of an alien civilization while fending off ghouls that stalk both worlds. Ghouls and human characters occasionally attack Tasi by grabbing, punching, or hitting her with stones. Bloodstains are seen on or around corpses, one of which appears headless. Some sequences depict characters (one, a nude man) strapped into torture devices, menaced by blades or probes; though no torture is seen, audio of fleshy sounds, mechanical whirring, and screams of pain are heard. Cutscenes also contain instances of intense violence: a character repeatedly smashing a man's head onto a staircase; a ghoul's arm breaking off during a struggle. Zombie characters are occasionally depicted nude, with realistic breasts/genitalia. The word “f**k” appears in the dialogu
