Wargroove is a turn-based tactics video game developed and published by Chucklefish. It was released for the Nintendo Switch, Windows and Xbox One on February 1, 2019, with a PlayStation 4 version released on July 23, 2019. Wargroove is a Nintendo Wars-style turn-based tactics video game in which players explore maps and battle foes. Players can choose to take control of one of fifteen commanders, each with their own campaign, motivations and personality.

Fantasy Violence
This is a strategy game in which players assume the role of a new queen protecting her kingdom from an invading army. From an overhead view, players position military units (e.g., swordsmen, spearmen, rangers) around a grid-based area, controlling building tiles and battling enemies in turn-based combat. Characters use swords, arrows, and magic attacks to defeat enemies and fantastical creatures (e.g., vampires, skeletons, harpies); cries of pain and impact sounds can be heard during battle.
