Conan Exiles is a survival video game developed and published by Funcom for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The game is set in the world of Conan the Barbarian, with the custom playable character being rescued by Conan, beginning their journey. Early access versions of the game were released in early 2017, leaving early access on 8 May 2018. An enhanced version of the game for Xbox Series X and Series S released on 8 June 2021.

This is a role-playing game in which players assume the role of a warrior attempting to survive in a hostile environment. Players must level up their character while managing resources and fighting monsters and rival humans. From a third- or first-person perspective, players use swords, axes, arrows, and spears to attack and kill enemies in frenetic combat; successful hits result in large splashes of blood, and certain weapons allow players to cut human enemies in half, revealing organs and entrails. Menu screens and cutscenes sometimes show crucified human characters, with accompanying blood effects. Female characters are frequently depicted topless, with realistic breasts/nipples; central characters can also be seen topless for prolonged periods of time.
