It's funny because I had this thought and rejected it because I'm like, bugs ten times my size, nope, but it looks like this is valid. So the plot twist is that due to the size mismatch, you have to destroy the entire planet where the bosses are, one step from you causes geological disaster they'll never recover from

So the fight is still easy to win, but you feel tremendous guilt afterwards.
