Not really my style. It's like a choose your own adventure horror game.
The story is decent. The visuals are top notch. But this is the kind of game where I feel like it could've been a movie. Like the gameplay didn't add a ton to my experience.
You do get to pick what happens, but I wasn't convinced many of my decisions did much. I was constantly trying to make choices that would kill off characters I liked least but they'd survive nonetheless. At least for the moment.
It's cool that is has big name actors like Rami Malek, Brian McGuinness, and Hayden Panettiere. But seriously, the voice acting really was spectacular. @laughatbrian crushed his role and had one of the best scenes. Plus he got to be the one to say the name of the game in the game. Proud to know him.

It's definitely not for everyone, but I'm glad I played it because I never play horror games. But I really liked it. You can go back and replay it and do the complete opposite choices and the game will be different, so that's kinda cool. But I'm with you...I tried hard to kill some of them people haha. (also it IS going to be a movie soon!)

yeah i gotta look up the ending options now! for the record, i am also glad i played it. love trying out new game styles.

okay okay okay. I looked up all the ending options and that is pretty dang impressive. considering adding a star. apparently certain decisions ARE quite impactful. !chefskiss
