Open channel3.gg in Chrome. Click the Install icon in the right side of the address bar:
Click Install when you get this prompt.
After installation, you can pin to the Windows taskbar alongside your other favorite apps.
Open channel3.gg in Safari. It has to be Safari.
Tap the Share button in the middle of the footer.
Tap Add to Home Screen.
Tap Add on the prompt.
BOOM. You're done. iPhones try to act like it's "just a website bookmark" because they want everyone to go through the App Store but really it functions just like an app... Full screen, moveable icon on your home screen. All of it.
Enjoy.
Install the Channel 3 app from the Google Play Store.
This starts my long (and when I say long, I mean long) journey of rating every single Fire Emblem game I've played. And why not start out with the oldest? This game, unfortunately, did not get a western release, but that doesn't make translated versions of it bad! This game's story is arguably the best story told in any FE game and if I get into even the smallest amount of it, it'll be massive spoilers. Just know the story of this game is absolutely incredible, and an amazing experience. The combat, however, is....questionable. Theorizing strategies is honestly more fun than actually playing the game at times. Many maps are extremely large with not much to do, leading to almost all of your foot units will be left behind due to a lack of Rescuing, which was introduced in this game's sequel, Thracia 776. Mechanics like holy blood, love growth, and personal gold are interesting at first but become slight nuisances later on, specifically the latter two. I'd give this game's story a 5, but the combat a 3, so it averages out to 4. Great game, and should be played blind.
