Did they turn up into tiny greese cups? Was the crust thin yet crisped. Was the sauce slightly chunky and moderately thin? God I miss living in NJ and the pizza.

I do think they curled up. Not overly think, but a nice crunchy crust. Here’s a pic of the half shrimp scampi, half Arugula prosciutto parm and balsamic glaze from the other night to help fill that pizza sized hole in your heart.
