- Make sure your gamertag is listed on your Channel 3 profile
- Turn off anonymous mode where applicable
- No teaming except within your squad when applicable

RSVP and when the lobby is created, you'll get a Channel 3 notification telling you the game mode and custom key. Go to game mode selection, pick the mode, hit LT for Custom Key and enter the code provided. It is case sensitive. Be sure to put it on FILL or you won't get a teammate. Then ready up. You'll know you're good if you see number of queued players. If you have an issue, make sure the game mode is correct and you entered the custom key exactly. Make sure your matchmaking region is set to NA-EAST.Good luck, have fun!
