Three pieces are wanted:
1. A new icon (square /1:1) : should be recognizable at small resolutions like you would see in the C3 feed. You can take inspiration from our current icon or come up with something novel.
2. New banner artwork; this is rarely seen but if you go a club page directly, there is a 3:1 landscape banner that appears faintly behind the club header, with I believe a 40% opaque black filter over it; so keep that filter in might as you design it; very dark colors may blur together.
3. Possible future use: A wordmark or logo using FontAwesome icons and/or free-to-use fonts. You may use FontAwesome Pro; C3 has a license though we can't share it with you, I think you can see what icons are available for use and mock something up. Any aspect ratio. This should be simple enough that print-on-demand services could use it; C3 jerseys or embroidered hoodies or caps in the future!
XP bounty: 2k per winner from InfoCynic's personal stash, more if the C3 Admins kick in extra (6k is a few month's worth of gifts!). Hopefully 1k to runner-up in each category too.
Deadline: First round submissions close on February 16, 2025 -- I will review with the other club admins who did not submit their own artwork and then pick a short list. Final voting will happen after that, with the goal to pick the winner before or during the next VGBC discussion.
