Trials 2: Second Edition is essentially a physics-based simulation of motorcycle trial, in vein not dissimilar to Elasto Mania. However, unlike Elasto Mania, Trials is rendered in full 3D, with a handful of high resolutions available and up-to-date graphical effects. This, however, has little effect on the gameplay, which is still based upon two dimensions. The game is a direct successor to the popular web-based Flash games sharing the same title.
