"I saw my wife and kids playing and would just get confused on what the point was and why they would get so fixated on it. Also remembering season changes, special events ... and when my kid rattles off some characters birthday 🤦🏼‍♂️ Then the pandemic. And the kids needed help learning how to use amiibo mini cards to get certain characters to their island. Then setting up accounts on a Nookazon so they could "work" for other island owners and earn bells. This was when I realized it was like so many other games. It is what you make it. I gave it a chance and enjoyed it. When we weren't on state lockdown and I had less time at home, I stopped playing regularly. But I still enjoy jumping on and checking my house for roaches and cleaning up weeds. "

Well my wife comes home from her job at the storage units one day with a two paper sacks and tells me to sit down. Inside one was an Xbox controller, 3 xbox games and a ps4 game. I was confused. The other one had a PS4 in it with 2 controllers and some more games. Turns out someone paid off their unit lease and said they had moved out and left. Went she went to release it and clean it she found a bunch of stuff in there (they were suppose to throw it all away and charge the person). In moving the stuff she saw these bags and was shocked. She tried calling the owner for 2 weeks with no response before she brought it home. "
