Kella graduated with a BFA in Game Design from Academy of Art University in May 2022. Systems and combat design courses were her favorite, as they consisted of solving problems over and over again until she achieved the desired result. Since graduating, she has worked for two indie companies to help their games get started on a strong foundation of design and scope. Kella is driven by a desire to invoke in players the same emotions and personal development that games have provided for her. She advocates for originality and creativity, as that is what makes a game memorable. Her art is in designing gameplay, and it has played a large role in her life for as long as she can remember. Games are what she knows, and what she wants to be surrounded by for the rest of her life.
