Love God. Love my family. Love games.
Steam Deck
Limited experience, but I did give it a go. Felt underwhelming, especially for the price tag. Won’t be buying one anytime soon.

Sega Game Gear
Never owned one, but it was a lot of fun to play Sonic handheld at friends houses!
0
Game Boy Advance SP
Best Gameboy hands down. Backlight was amazing, especially being able to change the brightness.

Atari 7800
Probably my favorite Atari that my uncle had. First, it had some backwards compatibility, which was crazy at the time! My two favorite games were Basketbrawl and Ninja Golf. They weren’t the bets games, but I loved the ideas. It was kind of like NFL Blitz, in which you are playing sports but you are fighting too. I wish this is a concept someone would bring back!

Atari 5200
I actually only ever played one game on this system, but it was a great game! My uncle had the Atari systems and he had Ms PacMac. One of my favorite games ever!
0
Sega Saturn
Sega was so successful with the Genesis, but they took a huge step back here. Probably their biggest flop in terms of systems. It actually led to a huge number of layoffs in the company. While there were some great games, it was not great.
0
Dreamcast
The system itself was not great, but it still had some really sun games! Hours of Sonic Adventures and Crazy Taxi. If you’re looking at sega systems, go for the genesis.
0
Stadia
I don’t know if Stadia has gotten better, but initially it was not good. It was very slow and cloud based gaming was not a great experience.

Nintendo 3DS
This was a solid handheld. If I’m completely honest though, I liked my smaller ds better.
0
PlayStation 5
I love PlayStation! This is a really solid machine! I have two problems. One, it’s huge and not a fan of the design. I also almost only play my switch at this point.
0
Nintendo (NES)
First Console that we owned in my house. We had one game, or was it two? Super Mario Bros and Duck Hunt! We were only allowed to get it out on special occasions so when it came out, we played for hours upon hours!
0
Atari 2600
Played tomates this system at my uncles house but he only had Pong. Had a lot of fun, but he also had SMB3 on the NES so we didn’t play this much.
0
Nintendo DS
I didn’t get a DS until a few years ago. Since then, I’ve made my way through the Pokémon games. The Switch has partially made these obsolete but they are still solid little systems to take on the go.
0
Xbox 360
The controller alone was improvement enough with Xbox. But we had so much fun on this system playing 3 games. Halo, Fusion Frenzy, and Kinect.
0
Atari Lynx
I actually loved this system! My uncle had all the old Ataris and Nintendos at his house. We thought it was the coolest thing that you could flip it! Only ever played a Batman game on it, but had a blast as a kid!
0
Sega Genesis
Very very fond memories of this system, mostly due to introducing me to Sonic Games. I know I’m weird, but Sonic Spinball was my favorite game on this console!
0
Super Nintendo (SNES)
One of the greats! Nintendo pumps out the best systems year in and year out! And they hold their worth for decades!! Super Mario alone made this console worth it!
0
PlayStation
This was not my favorite system and I was a huge Nintendo it at the time, but I spent countless hours playing frogger and Spyro. What else could you want?!
0
Nintendo 64
Literally nothing bad to say about this system! We’re the controllers weird looking? Yes. But I absolutely love them! So many gamechanging titles came from this era!
0
PlayStation 2
Great system! As usual, I loved the controllers! But to be honest, I hardly used the controllers. This was a system where I used mostly guitars…
0
Xbox
I never owned an Xbox, but I played countless hours of Halo! Had tons of fun! But those controllers…
0
Game Boy Advance
My second favorite Gameboy! Spent hours on road trips playing Pokémon! The backlight was my only issue…
0
GameCube
One of the most underrated systems of all time! This might be my favorite system of all time! It pumped out some of the best Mario and Zelda games!
0
PlayStation 3
This was the first system I bought brand new with my own money! Greatest purchase I ever made! MW2 was on nonstop in high school!
0
PlayStation VR
I only used this once with my cousins to play BeatSaber, but after playing the Quest I did not like this…. Not a fan of the controllers and cords.
0
Wii
I know this system had its issues, but it gave us Wii Sports! One of the only games my whole family would play together. That alone is worth five stars!
0
PlayStation Portable
I loved my PSP! My first big purchase off Ebay! I used it as my game player and MP3 player!
0
PlayStation Vita
This was a lot of fun! I got this to play a game with friends. We were really into the Monster Hunter games.
0
PlayStation 4
Great system! This was the system that introduced me to Fortnite and Warzone. It was great!
0
Xbox One
Good system! Pretty comparable to PlayStations, but I’ve always been a PlayStation guy. Like the controllers better.
0
Mobile (iOS, Android)
I don’t like playing actual video games on my phone. I enjoy the typical time waster game like clash Royale. But for games like Fortnite, nope…
0
PC
I have done limited gaming on PC, but I use it to stream. My one downside is I’ve been waiting to build a new one because of prices…. They have been ridiculously overpriced!
0
Wii U
This is the one Nintendo system I never owned for myself. I played quite a bit with my cousins. I felt the handheld screen was too gimicky for me to really want to buy it. A lot of good games later on with this system.
0
Game Boy Color
Huge jumó from the original Gameboy to this! Just the size difference alone made it worth it! Although I didn’t use this for very long before the next advancement came out…
0
Game Boy
My first system and we loved it! We only had Tetris but that didn’t matter. This was how we spent long trips in the car. Later on we got Pokémon games and this bad boy played them flawlessly!
0
Oculus Quest 2
This gets the same rating as the first one. Amazing piece of technology and we’ve had so much fun with it. Again only knock is if you can’t cast it, very minimal fun with groups.
0
Oculus Quest
Absolutely loved my quest! It was the first real VR I had ever played and it was a blast! Beat saber, Star Wars, and so many other amazing games! My only knock is that I can only play solo for so long on it. And if you are in a group, you need to be able to cast it to a tv or it’s not very fun.
0
Nintendo Switch
Probably my favorite system I have ever owned! I love the Dock/Handheld combo! It is going to be interesting to see how Nintendo follows this up, but for now they are going to just ride this one out. And I’m okay with that! My only knock would be that Nintendo has tried to keep up with trends, like Fortnite, but the Switch just doesn’t even come close to the other systems in playing these types of games.
