As the youngest sibling, this is one of the games I got to watch more than I got to play. Very cool game though. Gave me the heebie jeebies when I was a kid. 10/10
Apparently I rated this a 3 at some point with no write-up. That was a huge mistake that I am correcting now. This game was odd but so much fun. I need to revisit this game and focus on a complete playthrough because I was never able to finish it. The humor was strong and despite the difficulty I have only fond memories of co-op play.
Classic game for sure. Buy it on your platform of choice! And go check out the fan made hack called "Oh No! More Zombies Ate My Neighbors" to keep zany B-movie gaming times rolling!
A legendary top down zombie shooter. The reason why call of duty Zombies was created.... no. Probably not... no for sure not. 50 levels of chaos. You choose between Zeke and Julie. Using your water gun and several other weapons such as soda cases, silverware and inflatable clowns to fight off hordes of Zombies and try to save your neighbors. Ohhhhh that's why they call it Zombies Ate My Neighbors. There are several mini boss types based on horror movies at the time. Like little chucky dolls and Jason like things. And main bosses like a giant baby. You know. As I'm explaining it, the whole game sounds insane. It is. But it's also the best. The difficulty in this game increases majorly so be prepared for a battle. It was available on snes and sega but they just released a ps4 and switch port. So it's still avaliable at the time writing this review. Grab it!
I've always liked but never loved this one. Fun but also kind of infuriating. I could never quite figure it out but never didn't enjoy it (intentional double negative).
