Jump in a virtual or IRL event, tournament, or league. Participate in a Quest (a gaming challenge that you can do any time). Channel 3 has something for all skill levels, including gaming-focused daily minigames.
Go to Events below to search for real-time tournaments or other events. Quests will show you offline challenges you can complete at any time.
The heart of Channel 3 is rating and reviewing video games. What are your favorite games of all time? How about least favorite? The more games you rate, the more personalized Channel 3 becomes. You can even rate systems and make lists.

Go to Lists to make collections of games. Channel 3 can be your game tracker, like Goodreads or Letterboxd for video games.

You may have friends here already, or you may meet your next lifelong squadmate here. Either way, Channel 3 is most fun when you find your people and can have friendly competitions and participate in challenges together.
Below you can navigate all the gamers, clubs, and causes on Channel 3.
If you'd like to create and run a Club, submit an New Club Request.
Whether it's 1 to 2, or 99 to 100, leveling up is the best feeling in the world. On Channel 3, when you participate in quests, when your post gets 1Up'd, when you crush a daily minigame, you get XP. Get 1k XP, and you level up and unlock rewards. Rewards can be custom reaction GIFs, cool backgrounds, or prize wheel spins for IRL gaming gear or in game currency.
Turbo is an optional subscription for superusers. You don't need Turbo to enjoy Channel 3. Turbo users get early access to new features, and are able to unlock more levels in a season.
On Channel 3, seasons last 3 months. They will always run January 1 - April 1, April 1 - July 1, July 1 - October 1, and October 1 - January 1.
Open channel3.gg in Chrome. Click the Install icon in the right side of the address bar:
Click Install when you get this prompt.
After installation, you can pin to the Windows taskbar alongside your other favorite apps.
Open channel3.gg in Safari. It has to be Safari.
Tap the Share button in the middle of the footer.
Tap Add to Home Screen.
Tap Add on the prompt.
BOOM. You're done. iPhones try to act like it's "just a website bookmark" because they want everyone to go through the App Store but really it functions just like an app... Full screen, moveable icon on your home screen. All of it.

The Wii U is a home video game console developed by Nintendo as the successor to the Wii.[6] Released in late 2012, it is the first eighth-generation video game console and competed with Microsoft's Xbox One and Sony's PlayStation 4.
Almost like they jumped to the Switch model a generation too early. It looks like what a failed Switch prototype would be with the handheld aspect. The problem was you had to be in the same room to use the Gamepad anyway. The controllers were a mess. There was the pad, an okay pro controller, and then Wii remotes? Too many moving parts and not a lot of games (though the ones they had were very good). Nintendo was rediscovering itself between the wildly successful motion control era of the Wii and what would become the dual purpose Switch. The one thing the U had going for it was the virtual console (and backward compatibility was nice)
Was very close to buying one, but glad that I held off a couple years to buy the switch instead. I enjoyed playing it, but not can see that this system wasn't worth the upgrade.
Prime example of Nintendo being Nintendo. Poor marketing led to market confusion on what this console was supposed to be (many thought it was an add-on to the Wii).
Only worthwhile games were 1st party Nintendo games. And since I assume most or all are now on Switch, the WiiU can die off in infamy.
And let me just add that I hate the gamepad! When I play a game, I don’t want to have to hold such a large, clunky device!
Saying something Nintendo made is the weirdest thing Nintendo ever made is a big deal since everything Nintendo makes is pretty weird. Anyway. The Wii U was actually really good. Plus it has a greatest Mario game of all time in Mario 3D World, but it was marketed so poorly. People didn't know what it was, but it actually worked pretty darn good. It was a little too clunky and blah though as far as the bad touch screen. An "out there" idea that eventually became the juggernaut that is the Switch.
A very underrated system, that was also kind of awkward. The dual screen idea was good on paper, but in reality, it didn't work. Still, this system had quite a few amazing games that have been given new life on the Switch. I just recently purchased my 2nd Wii U (the gamepad got broke on my first one) and I've fallen back in love with this system.
The Wii U was a weird concept at the time. Why would your controller also be a screen. Clearly they had the switch on their mind. Thankfully this system was short lived.
This was more of a prototype for the Switch, but doesn't deserve all the hates it gets. I think its bad image is mostly due to terrible marketing. Dare I say it may have had more incredible, original first party games than the Switch! Which is why they ported so many of the Wii U games over. The dual-screen itself wasn't the best gimmick but it did shine in certain games, like Wind Waker HD - playing the game on the TV while managing your inventory on the tablet was great. Still, I have mine set up next to the Switch and I always gravitate to the Switch over this.
I got the Wii U at a pawn shop when I was delivering pizza because I wanted to be able to play Smash Bros. In between deliveries. It was the best way to pass the time! The console was pretty meh. It will never be a classic, it was pretty innovative with the screen in the controller, but the Switch has since way outdone that.
I literally bought this console just for Smash Bros. Nintendo marketed this console poorly as it sounds like a expansion to the Wii. Almost every Wii U game is now on the Switch, which makes this console obsolete.
This is the one Nintendo system I never owned for myself. I played quite a bit with my cousins. I felt the handheld screen was too gimicky for me to really want to buy it. A lot of good games later on with this system.
