Volleyball is a sports video game that follows the rules of volleyball.[1] The player controls a team of six players, three at the net and three in back. The player serves the ball into play by pressing the same button twice.[2] The game is a six player-a-side volleyball simulation. Players can select teams to compete in either a men's or women's competition from the following countries: United States, Japan, China, Korea, Brazil, Soviet Union, Cuba, and Tunisia.

Just because a game CAN be made doesn't mean it SHOULD be made!
And considering the limited capabilities in the NES era, volleyball should not have been made. Some of their sports games were, I'm sure, playable back in the day; I don't see how this one ever was! The controls are horrible and not at all intuitive.

Let me put it this way - I'd much rather play Volleyfall in Fall Guys (which is saying something as that's one of my most hated stages)!
