Chapter 5, Season 3 Review

"I realize it's hard to reinvent a game every few month to make it interesting to new players as well as staying true to your past players, but this season let me down. I am by no means "good" at the game. That doesn't mean I don't enjoy playing. When this season first came out I had a blast modding cars and causing ABSOLUTE chaos all over the map. However it only took a couple of days for a few players inability to adapt to new mechanics to ruin the fun. Those first few fun filled days Mad Maxing around the map were replaced by more of the same old sweat filled Fortnite. That doesn't mean I didn't I didn't grind to complete challenges, it just means it wasn't as fun or silly. Fortnite (in my opinion) is supposed to be the shooter that doesn't take itself to serious. And that's what I like about it. I give the first 2 weeks of the game ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but after the car nerf, the remainder of the season I feel like was just ⭐️⭐️⭐️. Looking forward to the next. GGs"

"Being asked by @joel back in the early days if I'd be willing to host events for a game. I remember Fortnite being free so I threw my hat into that ring. Then realized I was garbage at building and he let me put a stipulation on the event... No Building! The Rekt League was born. And in my kids eyes, I was the coolest person they knew. Their dad had his own creator code and streamed games with a bunch of players. And I know it's getting long winded but my kids made friends with other kids during the Dad Duo games I did for a while, where you teamed up with your kid for games. They still play online with their friend from Canada and we've even had the opportunity to visit them in person a few times. The Dad and The Dad Gaming has changed my life in more ways than one and for that I'll be forever greatful. Thanks @joel "
