Shanghai II: Dragon's Eye is a 1990 video game published by Activision. It is a game in which one player constructs a pile of tiles to be shaped like a dragon, while the opponent removes matching tiles to defeat the dragon. The game's mechanics are based upon Mahjong solitaire.
