I came here to chew bubble gum and play video games, and I got some bubblegum right here. You are most likely to find Smash Brothers and Mario Kart here.
Portal was great. Portal 2 is so much better. The puzzles, the story, the dialogue. It might just be the perfect sequel. Some game series take a few games to hit perfection, but this series got it on the second. Go play this game now. Even if you don’t play Portal first. But play portal first.
Unlike the first one this one I wanted to spend so much time on all of the puzzles. I also felt like it was a teacher since all puzzle related things got way easier because of this game. It’s a chilling relaxing and funny experience to play through and playing it was just a blast.
I've run through this game with multiple friends and I'm getting ready to do it again with my 8 year old for the first time! Every time I pick this game back up I feel like it's the first time all over again. What a blast!
The puzzler to beat all puzzlers. With abundant humor and contrastingly chilling atmosphere, no other game quite fills you with the need to finish a test, so try thinking with portals.
I started here, never touched the first one. So a little of the story was lost on me, but this game is AMAZING!! This is the one of the best puzzle games I have ever played. The ability for multiplayer makes it even more amazing!
The amount of time I spent in this in multi-player dwarfs the time spent in single-player. Though the single-player story has stuck with me years after I finished it. I can't hear or see lemons without thinking about making combustible lemons. The characters, tight gameplay, and brain-twisting, but not unnecessarily difficult puzzles were simply perfect.
Then there's the multi-player. The amount of times I "accidentally" stepped off a button after I sent my partner sailing through the air, only to be punished later when they failed to stop the crusher over me, lead to countless laughs and equally numerous joys when we put our heads together to beat especially tough puzzles. It brings friends closer, even if you're simultaneously pushing them off a light bridge.
