If nothing else, the ability to have your Pokemon follow you around is enough to get this game 5 stars. A return to Johto and Kanto was so much fun, and it looked beautiful on the DS. Everything that made Gold and Silver great, plus all the new things added to the series made this such and excellent game.

Imo the best Pokémon game. The remake of this game was so beautifully done and i don’t think people appreciated it as much as it deserves.
