This is an action platformer in which players must rescue Princess Peach from Bowser and his minions. As players navigate through colorful levels with Mario, Luigi, and Toad, they can hop on enemies' heads or use various power-ups (e.g., growth mushrooms, fire/ice flowers) to defeat “cartoony” creatures (e.g., walking mushrooms, turtles, oversized bullets). Most characters yelp when defeated before disappearing or falling off-screen.
