Mighty Doom is a Doom mobile game being developed by Alpha Dog Games and published by Bethesda Softworks. After a year of rumors, Bethesda opened early access testing in Canada and New Zealand for Android phones and tablets for version 0.5.0 on April 12th, 2021.

I wanted to like this game more than I did. It’s very similar to Archero, which I also liked well enough. But the game just doesn’t have sticking power. The gameplay is fun, but very repetitive. The grind is tedious. It makes it hard to come back day to day to keep with it.

It just feels..... meh. Its should work, the concept is there, the concept has been fun in other games, but this one just misses the mark.

I'm giving it one less star than the Tomb Raider one. It probably deserves the second but I'm docking it because TR beat it to market. This doesn't do it for me and feels empty. Even more empty than TR felt though the flourish kill was kind of cool.
