This is a strictly ok game. It's decent if you're a Transformers fan. Takes a while to get the hang of the handling physics, and frankly the shooting parts just always feel weird. There's a fair amount to do although it gets a bit repetitive.
It's an interesting game in the way it plays...like a mash-up of Forza Horizon and Gran Turismo. It acts like an arcade racer in all ways except unforgiving physics and slow progression. Decent fun to play through but nothing special.
This is a pretty solid arcade racer, especially if you were or are a hot wheels fan. The single player campaign is fairly repetitive but decent fun to play through. Multiplayer is fun with friends but unfortunately somewhat empty at this point.
This is a really fun game. Very simple but well executed and funny. The controller makes a lot of noise while you play. My daughter has t tried it yet, but I'm thinking she'll like it.
I'm sure I would like this more if I was a big Zelda fan, but I'm not. It looks really good for a Gameboy Advance game, but I was just kinda bored. It started very slowly, and I didn't play long.
This was basically the peak of NBA fandom for me, and I loved this era of NBA Live games. The dynasty mode was so fun, I think you could customize the players to some extent (like sneakers), etc. The sports games were so good back then, and I had tons of time to play them in high school.
It's just great to have this series back as college football is my favorite sport. Having the real players in there from the get-go is nice, as is the playoff. Dynasty mode 4 eva
These are always such great games, particularly because of the well-done humor. Plus this one has all the movies. Worth your time if you're a Star Wars fan
A really fun free-to-play shooter. I like that it has shades of Call of Duty and a bit of Overwatch. I've enjoyed playing it solo and with a friend. It's a bit unpolished in some areas but not enough to push me away.
This is a decent little tuner arcade racer for the PSP. Some cool little features like automatic sponsor stickers from real brands and pink slip races...not to mention betting the other racers. It's a great PSP title to have if you're a racing fan.
This was my first ever Madden I believe, so I'm giving it 5 stars. I had a bunch of these in a row starting with this one, as I was really only into sports and racing games at that time.
This was a good one, right in the middle of my prime college days of playing this. Georgia was a loaded team in this one...Matt Stafford, Knowshon Moreno, AJ Green. Made a lot of custom covers for my friends.
This was the first Mafia game I ever played, and it's pretty dang good. It's unpolished at times, but I think the world is really immersive. It's good fun!
Had this as a kid, and it was a blast to just drive around crash into other cars. The glory days of NASCAR in my opinion. Would love to go back and play it again.
I really enjoyed this game as a kid. My brother had it on dreamcast, and I played it a bunch with him. The humor in this game is top notch, and it's a fun little 3D platformer.
I loved playing this as a kid, although I doubt I ever got very far. It's just an easy to pick up and play game, with cool explosions and military stuff. Important for any growing boy.
Either Xbox or Playstation gave this one out as a free monthly game a while back, and I was shocked at how much I enjoyed. Really over the top with fun characters. Worth trying out if you haven't played it.
I played it a little bit, and it's just not really my thing. I don't think it's necessarily a bad game, there's just nothing that draws me into it to keep playing.
My dad randomly got me this game when I was a kid, and I didn't really know what to expect since I never played the original. Turns out the game is pretty fun in a kinda addicting way. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would.
One of those games that I'm sure wouldn't be super fun to go back and play these days, but I had a lot of fun playing with my buddy back in the day. Just a stereotypical racing game
This one always piqued my interest, and then PlayStation finally gave it away for free with PS Plus. Kinda clunky to figure out what to do, but it's still really cool at its core. Better suited for people more creative than me.
This game is very fun - little kid me would have gone bonkers over this. It's just a bit tedious at times, and the rubberbanding is strong in the single player. I didn't play a ton of multiplayer, as I had already kinda moved on.
It honestly exceeded my expectations, which in fairness were pretty low. I think Playstation Plus gave this one away for free, and it was decently entertaining while I played it.
This was my first NBA 2K game, and I loved it. My love for NBA games has lasted a few decades, and this revitalized it for me at the tail end of my college years.
So I just started this one so the review is a bit green, but this is a fun game. It's almost like a remastered FlatOut. It's a $30 game and definitely unpolished, but it's fun.
Just played this (PSP version) again for this first time in well over a decade. It was great fun to pick up and play again. I really feel like it was a spiritual successor to NFL Blitz. Awesome playing with Mike Vick again, too (go Falcons!).
Possibly the most arcade-y racer in a while. Just pure nonsense with a lot of bright colors and rubberbanding. It's true to the Cruis'n name, though, and the collectibles work a lot like one of my favorite racing games, Rush 2. Really a perfect fit for the Switch given the "quick play" nature of the game.
This was my OG football game...had this before Madden, NCAA, or NFL2K. This is where my love of the franchise/dynasty modes started. Just a great game from a great era in the NFL.
The car models are awesome. The game is a lot of fun, but the campaign becomes a bit of a drag. I only played a little bit of multiplayer, and it's kinda your standard racing fun. I'd probably rate this a 3/5 but I'm a massive Hot Wheels fan from my earliest days.
This game came out of nowhere for me when Playstation Plus gave it away a while back. Easy to learn and difficult to master. A really fun little game. Worth trying out for anybody.
Seeing this on here just triggered major nostalgia for me. I played this so much with friends on one of our early computers. Great memories with this one!
Another year, more college football. This was the one from my freshman year in college, so there were a lot of "friendly" matches with this one in the dorm.
Just one of the all-time greats in this series. I'm pretty sure I bought this twice in the same summer so I could play it on a long vacation away from work. Peak PS2 era for me.
It's fun enough, but it's one that has aged to the point where it just gets old fast. Plus I never really liked this type of racer where you kinda look down on the track. I would probably feel differently if I played this as a kid.
This was one of the first NCAA football games I had...maybe second overall? Regardless, it fostered a love of the series and of my favorite sport. Loved playing as one of the most talented Georgia teams of my youth and running through a dynasty.
I bought a 2ds and this game to play Ocarina of Time since I never had the N64 version as a kid. It's definitely a good game, and I can see why a lot of people consider it the best game of all time. I definitely would have enjoyed it more as a kid, but it's fun to have a copy to play on the go.
I'm not a huge Sonic guy, but this was a really cool celebration of the little blue dude. Absolutely worth playing if you've ever enjoyed a Sonic game.
