Heavy Rain is a 2010 adventure game developed by Quantic Dream and published by Sony Computer Entertainment. The game features four protagonists involved with the mystery of the Origami Killer, a serial murderer who uses extended periods of rainfall to drown his victims. The player interacts with the game by performing actions highlighted on screen related to motions on the controller, and in some cases, performing a series of quick time events. The player's decisions and actions during the game affect the narrative.

Only 4 stars because I tried to go back and play it after having kids and it was very hard to get into with Jason getting hit by a car and the other, Aiden??, getting kidnapped it was hard.
But it was revolutionary with the quick time events and having to research. What was cool was that anything that you did not find was just evidence lost. Do you have enough info to go from by the end of the game?? We will see.

People be hating, but this game was a first of many and broke ground on increasing interactivity in games. It was a masterclass in both what to do and what not to do in narrative driven video games.

This game was a lot of fun. It really added a new level of gaming I feel. I know there are games out there where the ending is effected by your actions but this takes it to another level.

If you are not very good at the game, everything bad will happen and the killer will get away as what happened in my wifes play through. I was able to save everyone and the endings were much much different.
