I love this game. I'm about 80% finished with it but I've seen enough to know how I feel about it. I'm a sucker for old school point and click games like Space Quest and Police Quest, etc. This isn't really a point and click, but it's got that same type of vibe. You play as Harold Halibut and you're a handyman in this new underwater world that has formed after humans left Earth and crash landed in space.
It's an interesting story, which is good because this game is a lot of story. You travel from area to area via these tubes and do little fetch quests for other people, as Harold. If that sounds like enough for you and you like Adventure games with a good story, this game is for you.
But let's talk about the look of this game. Wow! It's all handcrafted, stop-motion animation and it's awesome. The voice acting by everyone is absolutely astounding (some characters can be a little annoying, but that's on purpose I think). I'm just totally blown away by this game. Not because it has unique or groundbreaking gameplay, but knowing what must have gone into making this game, every part of it. Definitely worth picking up.
