I'll be honest, I am not a fan of the fallout games. It's like, Skyrim but steampunk. Which I can see the appeal, but they are not for me. The body horror, the UI being clunky, just leaves a lot to be desired. Is Skyrim the same? Somewhat, but I don't have to take into account my PIPBOY time to manage my things. Its almost as if I needed a second screen to play this game, which in PC is fun, but in console is freaking impossible

Great game! This was my first experience with the Fallout franchise and it kept me playing for quite awhile. Until I upgraded my suit and weapons to a point where I was unstoppable and just walked around without being worried about getting shot, but it took quite a while to get to that point. The game allowed you to customize a lot of elements, such as your house, suit, weapons, clothing, even the dog that followed you. Truly awesome game.

I think I am in the minority when I say Fall Out is better than Elder Scrolls. I was late on this one because I am not big on "base building" once I learned its not a huge part of the game I tried it out and loved it. I love not relying less on VATS and using aim down sight more with this game (better than New Vegas). Best Fallout game.

Skyrim was my first Bethesda game so I constantly felt like the Gandalf holding an AK-47 meme.

I spent a lot of hours on it in spite of my issues. I liked the game, it loses points for Preston Garvey and his well earned memes alone. I liked and did not like settlement construction at the same time. I've gone back and played 3 a few times but have never been compelled to crack this thing again. Still had my share of fun with it.
