Enjoy.
Install the Channel 3 app from the Google Play Store.
Really fun for a daily minigame. It feels like a one in a million to hit the exact pixel since the maps are so large, but if you play the Targets of the games you know really well, you should be within 50 to 100 pixels most of the time.
Still chasing that goose egg tagline though, especially because I've been within 5 several times...
Look forward to it every morning, BUT, I solely blame this game for taking my attention away from my backlog. Playing it unlocks great memories of playing some of the featured games awhile back, and then I proceed to start a new game file, while the new shiny game sits there and stares at me.
Easy to learn but difficult to master, this is my favorite of the C3 daily games. Do you like video games? Are you good a reading maps? Do you have a good memory? If you answered yes to any of these, then you have a chance to be good at target.
In this game you try to find a location on a map by context clues from a screenshot. You gain more XP the quicker and more accurately you do it.
There are multiple games to choose from each day, so pick your favorite and jump in there.
Pros: quick simple game
Relive your favorite moments by revisiting snapshots of your favorite places
Cons: on mobile you may inadvertently answer when scrolling down on a touch screen.
I am really not good at this game but damn do I love getting on every day and playing!
The image pic is always challenging but leaves enough detail that even someone novice at a game can work through and make a well estimated guess.
IF I have a nitpick it is only that my old eyes have to lean in and work hard to see the map (this is in regards to mobile play). But that critique is more about me than the game.
It's very helpful for discovering places you've never seen before on your favorite games. It's also very helpful for strengthening your Map knowledge so when you do play said game you know where alot of stuff is.
Target is the game where you go in super confident thinking you know exactly where a spot is only to not even be on the same game. Such a fun mini game to play especially when i see games like elden ring and LTTP on it! Some days I’m hot some days I’m not. Best part is it’s a new chance the next day
While all the Big 3 C3 games are 5-star bangers, Target is my favorite. As someone who has spent a significant amount of time on the tracks of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, I appreciate the challenge of identifying the specific area of a track. I haven't spent nearly as much time on any other game that has Target (although I appreciate the variety). I assume that players of those games are equally as enthused with the C3 Target experience.
Love this game! And being able to play multiple maps a day is a big plus. Some days I’m great, other days I wish I could say I accidentally clicked in the wrong place. Lots of variety of games to pick from, with new showing up all the time. I’m proud to be one of the folks who gets to set up targets for people to play. Puts a smile on my face seeing a lot of people play the maps I set up and do well on them.
If you know the maps, this is five stars. My experience with it is probably 4 stars, but I don't think a person who doesn't know the map is the demographic for it.
Target is a lot of fun to play! My only knock is that I use C3 almost exclusively on mobile, which makes it very hard to select specific points without fat fingering it. But really fun concept with an ever growing list of games!
It’s five stars how and it’s all Fortnite. Imagine what it’ll be when other games’ maps are in there. @thelegendofzeldabreathofthewild ? @apex ? Then it’ll be six stars.
