Call of Duty: Warzone is a free-to-play battle royale video game released on March 10, 2020, for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows. A version for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S has been announced to be released in 2022, with a mobile version also in development as of 2022. The game is a part of 2019's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and is connected to 2020's Call of Duty: Black Ops: Cold War and 2021's Call of Duty: Vanguard, but does not require purchase of any of the aforementioned titles, and was introduced during Season 2 of Modern Warfare content. Warzone was developed by Infinity Ward and Raven Software (the latter later credited as the sole developer following the integration of Cold War's content) and published by Activision. Warzone allows online multiplayer combat among 150 players, although some limited-time game modes support 200 players. The game features both cross-platform play and cross-platform progression between the three aforementioned titles.

This one didn’t feel as good to me as two and three did since it was also my first time playing cod. So that might’ve been fun but in my experience form Fortnite as a battle royale it could’ve been worked on more to be better. I also didn’t like much of the guns in the game.

Warzone started off very strong and was something I played everyday for about a year. Rebirth Resurgence and the first Halloween events were good. Game just kind of fell off after awhile with some of the special events they started adding.

Warzone really took all the best aspects of battle royale games and created an amazing experience. But it began to stray away from what made it good and implemented two bad COD games into Warzone. Plus the cheaters and hackers ruined the game. The fans are not to blame either. We all wanted to leave Verdansk and have a new map and then we got what we wanted and complained about Caldera (it was bad). Rebirth is what kept it relevant but it still couldn’t stop so many of us leaving.

This has been my favorite season of Warzone and adding laser guns to this game and adding all the goofy new items to the battlepass has made this season really enjoyable.

I loved this game and played it nonstop for about two years. Then it started breaking… Cheaters. Hackers. Sweats. It became completely zero fun… but it provided two straight years of joy, so gotta show it some love!
