I came here to chew bubble gum and play video games, and I got some bubblegum right here. You are most likely to find Smash Brothers and Mario Kart here.
I love some of the extra modes they put into this COD. The invasion is a fun game with formidable bots mixed in with 20 real players on each team in an all out war with suppl y drops and vehicles appearing as the match goes on. I feel like playing multiplayer is less sweaty in this game as opposed to Warzone. I thought about taking a star away because of the confusing weapon upgrades. Basically the game forces you to use weapons you normally wouldn't just to upgrade the weapon you want to upgrade. Its not that much of a deal breaker but its annoying. Definitely one of the better CoD's released lately.
In terms of game play and mechanics, it is alright. However, in terms of the experience with my friend playing this game...it is a lot of fun. This game is definitely more for the experience with friend than for the actual gameplay.
Since Black Ops 2, I have been a Call of Duty player, and to be completely honest, this game cannot be compared to the older titles at this point. The graphics are top-notch in every way, but ever since the game's release, I've found that I've grown increasingly disinterested in it due to the lackluster quality of the in-game content as well as numerous bugs and connectivity problems. However, it is ultimately a solid game that anyone can play.
3 for me, graphic are great and I can see why it is loved. I havent played the story only online. It continues to remind me why I dont play CoD on a regular basis, I'm terrible and a burden to teammates.
I’m just going to completely ignore the small bugs/issues since that’ll most likely be fixed soon (crashes, party issues, UI issues, etc…)
Based on gameplay, this game is pretty similar to MW2019. Movement, guns, etc…. I am enjoying it and I feel it’s much better than Vanguard and Cold War. They removed slide cancelling and bunny hopping, which reduces the skill gap and IMO keeps it more level.
My issues: the gunsmith/weapon progression is messy. 6 hours of playing and I am still confused with it at times. They’re trying to reinvent the wheel here and it didn’t work. It also forces you to use crap guns before you can get a better one. Like I said, I just do not understand the need to change it when it has been the same since 2007
If you’re irking to play COD, I’d recommend it. It’s got the feel of previous MW games. It’s easy to play slower and I actually think the skill gap in this game is not as crazy as other games like RL, fortnite, or Halo
