Banjo-Kazooie
A collect a thon. But one that does it the right way. This game bursts with creativity and originality. I love it. Butsome levels do feel a bit forced. But its part of any game to have that feeling of "I've been here too long". Story is also really smart with having somewhat of a fourth wall breaking element to it. I really like it

Do you like games? Of course you do or why else would you be here!? So don't be that guy/girl/person (delete as appropriate) & play this, because it's a game & that's what we do to escape the loneliness & numbing reality of existence (that's not just me right?.....right guys? Guys!?).
So now you're hooked maybe you want to know about the game & the wonderful adventures you will have, well I have no idea. I'm shamelessly writing this review at a shallow attempt to receive the xp @darthsmeagol was offering out. Guessing from the title I'm gonna say it's a classic heartfelt adventure of biblical proportions, more character development than you can shake a stick at & a storyline Peter Jackson has been chomping at the bit to fly out to New Zealand as to film a trilogy about!
That or it's a light hearted platformer about a bear & a bird whose gameplay is reminiscent of spyro.
It's a toss up either way really, I guess you'll just have to play it yourself to find out!

Gem. I have probably played through this game 10-15 times. It was one of the best games from Rares golden age.

I'm a Rare fanboy (pre - Microsoft to be clear). This game was fun and cooky and it was really cool seeing diddy kong racing characters getting their own solo games.

Rare platformers are special. This one is no different. Hard not to give it 5 stars but I'll save that for the sequel or if I change my mind after completing it on the Switch.

This felt a little random and out of touch with the rest of the N64-verse.

I was never a huge fan of this game. It came out in a time where I readily had Mario and Sonic games. Those games were much better in my opinion so this felt like a letdown.

This was one of the most difficult games I played as a child. I remember playing with my parents and writing down all the "facts" in the game guide. This game is still great today.

I played this so much when I was younger. The writing was so different from other games at the time. If you remember this game fondly do not play it on the 64 emulator on the switch. You'll be disappointed.
